BLPA Special Meeting

The BLPA Board of Directors will be reviewing the proposed bylaws for the organization’s transition to a nonprofit 501(c)(3) entity.

This is a special meeting, and discussion will be limited to matters pertaining to the proposed bylaws. Should members wish to address additional topics, members of the Board will be available following the meeting to discuss those items separately.

A quorum of at least 20 members is required for the bylaws to be approved and for the organization to move forward with the nonprofit formation process. Your attendance is therefore important and greatly appreciated.
